E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Raspberry Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by pressing raspberries and putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice concentrates and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required. It is normally around 65 Brix.
It is supplied aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment, so is supplied Aseptic or Frozen in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
