E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Raspberry Puree Concentrate. It is manufactured by using pressing ripe raspberries, blending the fruit, and putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.

This product is Aseptic to give a long shelf life (18 months) however the heat treatment is short to ensure it has a fresh taste. It is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.

Raspberry Puree Concentrate is used in lots of different applications in the UK Food Industry. Applications include –

  • Drinks

Our Raspberry Puree Concentrate is sourced from either Spain, Serbia, or Poland. We always source from a BRC (or equivalent) factory. The factory has also been audited by our in-house technical team.

Answer – The season to purchase is July – August. This is when pricing is competitive, and you can secure volumes for the whole year.
