E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Redcurrant. It is produced by washing the redcurrants, removing the stalks, and checking for defects. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product. Once frozen they are packed into cartons normally around 15kg each.

IQF Redcurrants are often used for making the following products –

  • Jam
  • Jellies
  • Smoothies
  • Frozen fruit mixes

We source all our IQF Redcurrant from Poland or the UK. If sourced from the UK, they can be labelled as ‘British’ or ‘Scottish’ which is great selling point when making a premium product.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
