Redcurrant IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) is produced by washing the redcurrants, removing the stalks and checking for defects. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product. IQF Redcurrants are often used for making products such as Jam especially if pieces of fruit are desired in the product.
