Redcurrant Puree is produced by using ripe redcurrants which are smashed to form a puree, then pasteurised. Our Redcurrant Puree is treated with as little heat as possible to give a fresh tasting product.
We source our Redcurrant Puree from Spain, UK and Poland however other countries of origin are available if required.
Redcurrant Puree is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
