Rhubarb IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) is produced by washing the rhubarb, checking for defects and cutting each stalk into 13mm pieces. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product.
IQF Rhubarb is often used for pie fillings and compotes where texture is needed within the product.
