E.E & Brian Smith are a supplier of Rhubarb NFC Juice. It is produced by using ripe rhubarb which is as pink as possible to ensure you get a good flavour juice. During the manufacturing process the rhubarb is pressed so the rhubarb juice is released.
Once produced the juice is packed into either Aseptic Drums or Bag in Boxes.
We source the majority of our Rhubarb NFC Juice from the UK and Poland. From our UK supplier of Rhubarb NFC Juice, we can offer a Clarified or Cloudy product. The Clarified product works well in products such as Gin and the Cloudy works well in Cordial drinks. Varieties which are grown in the UK include Victoria and Timperley.

Answer – The brix level is 2.6 – 4.2⁰ on the current Rhubarb NFC Juice we are sourcing.
Question – What is the shelf life of Rhubarb NFC Juice?
Answer – If packed in Aseptic packaging the shelf life is 6 months chilled or 24 months frozen. Once the packaging is open it needs to be used within 3 days.
