We source our Shrimp Paste from a long-standing supplier based in Northern Spain and we have been working with them for over 50 years.
This is a specialist ingredient as the shrimps are cooked and mixed with sea salt then blitzed to form a smooth paste.
This ingredient is often used in sauces, salad dressings and condiments.
Our Shrimp Paste is BRC certified and sourced from the supplier’s factory in Spain.
