E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Strawberry Pulp. It is produced by using ripe strawberries which have been smashed so the product is thicker than a puree, then pasteurised. It is treated with as little heat as possible to give a nice, fresh tasting product.

We source the majority of our Strawberry products from Spain, however we can source from other countries if needed.

We can supply Strawberry Pulp in the following grades –

It can be used in the following products –

  • Jam
  • Desserts
  • Ice Cream

We source all our Strawberry Pulp from one of our long-standing suppliers in Spain. We have been this supplier’s agent for many years in the UK.

Our Strawberry Pulp is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factory. Our technical team audit every factory we source from to ensure high quality products are supplied to you.

Answer – The shelf life is 18 months from production date.

Question – When is the best time to purchase Strawberry Pulp?

Answer – The best time to buy is April to August as this is when the Strawberries are in season. We would recommend buying during this time as pricing is competitive and you can guarantee availability.
