Strawberry Pulp is produced by using ripe strawberries which have been smashed so the product is thicker than a puree, then pasteurised. Our Strawberry Pulp is treated with as little heat as possible to give a nice, fresh tasting product.
We source the majority of our Strawberry Pulp from Spain, however we can source from other countries if needed.
We can supply Strawberry Pulp in Conventional, Organic or Baby Food Grade.
Strawberry Pulp is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
