E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Sweet Orange Dummy. It is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a Dummy. The Dummy will then go through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.
It is supplied in either of the following –
- 215kg Aseptic Drums
- 25kg Bag in Boxes
It is available in Conventional or Organic grade depending on your requirements.

Answer – A Dummy is made from just the inside of the fruit being blitzed together to make a puree and the skin is discarded whereas a Comminute blitzes the whole fruit together including the skin to make a puree.
