E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Sweet Orange Dummy. It is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a Dummy. The Dummy will then go through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.

It is supplied in either of the following –

  • 215kg Aseptic Drums
  • 25kg Bag in Boxes

It is available in Conventional or Organic grade depending on your requirements.

Sweet Orange Dummy is often used in the following products –

  • Marmalades – the Marmalade without shreds of peel is often made from Sweet Orange Dummy
  • Jam
  • Desserts
  • Cocktails

We source all our Sweet Orange Dummy from our supplier in Spain which we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
