E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Tamarind Concentrate to food manufacturers in the UK.
Our Tamarind Concentrate is sourced from India where the tamarind bean grows in the forests and is picked in the wild.
The Tamarind fruit is related to the Peanuts and Chickpea family and also has a very sticky appearance with tart and citrus flavours. Tamarind Concentrate is a natural extract of raw tamarind and is concentrated into a thick paste.
Our customers use Tamarind Concentrate in a wide range of applications including sauces, chutneys, relishes and a range of ethnic dishes especially Thai and Indian cooking.
We keep this item on stock in the UK so the MOQ is 1x drumlet of 25kg. We would advise to ship in pallet lots if possible as this helps keep the shipping costs down.
The factory we source from in India is ISO accredited and has been audited by our own in house technical team regularly.
We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 01844 239500.
