E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Watermelon Puree. It is produced by using ripe watermelons which have been smashed down to a puree. It will be supplied frozen as melon is sensitive to heating. Being frozen, it delivers a good tasting product. It can be supplied in frozen cartons or frozen drums.

Watermelon Puree is used in drinks, sorbet and smoothies.

All our Watermelon Puree is sourced from Spain. We work with a supplier who are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have worked with for many years as their agent in the UK. The factory is also audited by our own in-house technical team too.
