E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Apricot Juice Concentrate. Apricot Juice Concentrate is manufactured by using pressing ripe apricots then putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory, if required.

We source the majority of our Apricot Juice Concentrate from Greece. Other countries of origins include South Africa, Italy, Turkey, Argentina, and Chile.

The Brix level we offer is 65 Brix.

It is normally supplied aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment, so it is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes. We can supply it frozen as well if required.

Our Apricot Juice Concentrate is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories which have been also audited by our own in house technical team.

Answer – Apricot Concentrate is often used in Jams, Desserts, Sauces or Bakery products.

Question – Does Apricot Concentrate contain any added sugar?

Answer – The Apricot Concentrate we source does not contain any added sugar. All the sugar present in the Concentrate is natural and has come from the fruit.
