E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Blackberry Puree Concentrate. It is manufactured by using pressing ripe blackberries, blending the fruit then putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.

We source the majority of our Blackberry Puree Concentrate from Poland and Germany. Other countries of origin include the UK and Serbia. The best time to purchase your annual requirements is from July to September.

Blackberries are a great source of Vitamin C but also rich in other vitamins such as fibre and Vitamin K.

It is normally supplied Aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment in Drums or Bags in Boxes to suit your needs. Our customers use this in a wide range of applications include sauces, jams and drinks.

Our Blackberry Puree Concentrate is sourced from BRC (or equivalent factories) which have been also audited by our own in house technical team.
