Carrots are washed, cooked, peeled, checked for defects and then processed into the pickled product required. We can supply whole baby carrots and sliced carrots. They would be packed into the packaging format required and pasteurised.
We supply lots of different recipes however ingredients used normally include Water, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt and aroma.
We can pack into different sized jars to suit your needs and all products have a 3 year shelf life.
Our Carrots are sourced from Holland.
