Onions are received washed and peeled ready for pickling. We can supply a wide range of different sized onions including Silverskin, Baby and Stuttgarts. The onions would be pickled in a specific recipe then packed into packaging format required and pasteurised.
We supply lots of different recipes however ingredients used normally include Water, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, recipes with herbs and mustard seeds and aroma. We can also use different types of vinegar including Balsamic Vinegar and Malt Vinegar.
We pack into plastic food service jars either 1.5kg or 2.4kg in size and a range of retail jars. We can pack products with your own label on as well.
Retail and plastic jars have a 3-year shelf life.
