E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Sweet Orange Pulp and Peel. Sweet Oranges are grown in Spain. They have a sweet taste and are used in the production of marmalade in the UK if an alternative to a Bitter Orange product is desired. They are often used in three fruit mix marmalade using grapefruit, sweet orange, and lemon.

It is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel and the pulp being separated. The peel is cooked before being cut into strips and the pulp is smashed and pips are removed. Both are mixed back together in the correct proportions and go through the pasteurisation process.

The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.

We can supply the peel cuts in lots of different sizes ranging from 1.5mm right through to 7mm. Most common cut is a 1.5mm which is a thin cut and a popular thick cut size is a 6x25mm. Please ask us for a full list of peel cut sizes.

We can also supply Organic Sweet Orange Pulp and Peel in all cuts.

We source all our Sweet Orange Pulp with Peel from our supplier in Spain who we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
