We source the majority of our Cranberry Puree from Canada and Poland.
It is normally supplied in Aseptic format as it has undergone heat treatment, so it is supplied in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
Cranberry Puree is used in a wide range of applications in the UK food industry including –
