Cranberry Puree is manufactured by pressing ripe cranberries into a puree ensuring all seeds are removed before it goes through the pasteurisation process.

We source the majority of our Cranberry Puree from Canada and Poland.

Cranberry Puree is normally supplied Aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment, so it is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
