E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Cranberry Puree. It is manufactured by pressing ripe cranberries into a puree ensuring all seeds are removed before it goes through the pasteurisation process.

We source the majority of our Cranberry Puree from Canada and Poland.

It is normally supplied in Aseptic format as it has undergone heat treatment, so it is supplied in Drums or Bags in Boxes.

Cranberry Puree is used in a wide range of applications in the UK food industry including –

Our Cranberry Puree is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories and have audited by our own in house technical team.

Answer – No, there is no sugar added to the puree that we source.

Answer – The brix level is normally between 8 – 10⁰ Brix.
