E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Deionised Grape Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by pressing grapes and the juice is then put through the evaporation process in the same way as producing concentrate. This means the juice concentrates and water is evaporating meaning you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.

In a Deionised product the colour, flavour, acid, and aroma has also been removed. This means it is a clear colourless liquid which has sweetening properties.

Deionised Grape Concentrate can be sourced from all over the world, but we tend to source from France, Italy, and Spain. Other countries you can source from include Chile, Greece, and South Africa.

Deionised Grape Concentrate is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes. We can supply it frozen as well if required.

Deionised Grape Concentrate is used in products to help increase the sweetness by using a natural product and one of our customers uses it in their jam.

Our Deionised Grape Concentrate is sourced from a BRC (or equivalent) factories and are also audited by our own in-house technical team too.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
