E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Grape Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by pressing the grapes and the juice is then put through the evaporation process. This means the juice concentrates as water is evaporated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.
Grape Juice Concentrate can be sourced from all over the world, but we tend to source from France, Italy, and Spain. Other countries you can source from include Chile, Greece, and South Africa.
White Grape Juice Concentrate is the most common type available but other colours are available such as red. Grapes have a naturally high level of sugar, so they are often used as a natural sweetener.
E.E. & Brian Smith can supply Conventional and Organic Grape Juice as well as varietals such as Muscat.
It is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes. We can supply frozen as well if required.
