Grape Juice Concentrate is manufactured by pressing grapes the juice is then put through the evaporation process. This means the juice concentrates as water is evaporated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be rediluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.

Grape Concentrate can be sourced from all over the world, but we tend to source from France, Italy, and Spain. Other countries you can source from include Chile, Greece and South Africa.

White Grape Concentrate is the most common type available but other colours are available such as red. Grapes have a naturally high level of sugar, so they are often used as a natural sweetener.

E.E. & Brian Smith can supply Conventional and Organic Grape Concentrate as well as varietals such as Muscat.

Grape Concentrate is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes. We can supply frozen as well if required.

We can offer different brix levels and with/without aroma to suit your needs, but the standard concentrate we supply is 65 brix. Grape Juice Concentrate can also be supplied clear or cloudy to suit your requirement.
