Pineapple Juice Concentrate is manufactured by pressing pineapples and putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice concentrates and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.
Pineapple Juice Concentrate production areas in the world are Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia. We source all our Pineapple Juice Concentrate from Indonesia.
It is normally supplied aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment, so it is supplied Aseptic or Frozen in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
We can offer two different brix levels either a 60 or 65 brix product.

Answer – The juice is pressed from the Pineapples for both Concentrate and Not from Concentrate (NFC) in the same method. The next stage is where it differs for the Concentrate the juice is put through the evaporation process which means the juice concentrates. For Pineapple Juice Concentrate you ship reduced volumes which helps save money. For Pineapple NFC Juice the juice is pressed and heat treated no evaporation takes place.
