A couple of weeks ago E.E. & Brian Smith visited D.C. Williamson in Manningtree, Essex to show Lee our new Account Manager around.
D.C. Williamson have been a supplier to E.E. & Brian Smith for many years for British Juices, Purees and Frozen Fruit. Fruits they specialise in includes Rhubarb, Strawberry, Raspberry, Gooseberry, Blackcurrant, Plum and Blackberry.
They offer two types of juices Cloudy and Clarified. Clarified juices are 99% sediment free which are great for gin and other alcoholic drink production and the Cloudy juices are great for soft drink production.
D.C. Williamson also have their own solar panels on the farm to help with their energy supply.
