E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Bergamot Dummy. Bergamot is a citrus fruit which has a light green flesh covered in green/yellow peel and the peel is very thick. Bergamot is mainly grown in Italy in the Calabria region. 80% of the world’s Bergamot comes from Calabria! It is also grown in France and Africa’s Ivory Coast.

It is an Aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a Dummy. The Dummy will go through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.

It can be supplied in Aseptic drums or bag in boxes depending on your requirements and can be supplied in Conventional or Organic Grade.

All of our Bergamot Dummy is sourced from our supplier in Spain which we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
