E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Lemon Comminute. It is an aseptic product which is processed by the whole fruit (peel and pulp) both being blitzed together to produce a thick pulp/puree product. The comminute goes through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.

We can supply Conventional or Organic Comminute. It is packed into either Aseptic 215kg drums or 25kg bag in boxes to suit your needs.

We source all our Lemon Comminute from our supplier in Spain who we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK. The supplier is BRC (or equivalent approved) and has also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
