Strawberry Dice

E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Strawberry Dice. It is produced by using ripe strawberries which are then cut into the certain size dice, which is required, then pasteurised. It is treated with as little heat as possible to give a nice fresh tasting product.

It is packed Aseptic in either Drums or Bag in Boxes. The drums are 215kg and Bag in Boxes are 25kg in size.

Answer – Strawberry Puree is a smooth product with no pieces in whereas dice has texture and pieces of Strawberry within the product.

Answer – The shelf life is 18 months from production date.
