E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Mixed Berries IQF. The Mixed Berries are washed, inspected, and checked for defects before being frozen by the IQF line. Each berry needs to stay separate from each other to ensure it is a free-flowing product.
The product is then packed into 10kg cartons ready for shipment.
The berry mixes can use a mix of fruits including Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackcurrants, Blueberries and Blackberries. The mix of the fruit would depend on what is preferred.
