E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of IQF Mixed Berries. The Mixed Berries are washed, inspected, and checked for defects before being frozen by the IQF line. Each berry needs to stay separate from each other to ensure it is a free-flowing product.
The product is then packed into 10kg cartons ready for shipment.
The berry mixes can use a mix of fruits including Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackcurrants, Blueberries and Blackberries. The mix of the fruit would depend on what is preferred.

Our IQF Mixed Berries are sourced from Poland and we always source from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

Answer – The shelf life is 24 months from production date.
Question – What does ‘IQF’ mean?
Answer – ‘IQF’ means individually quick frozen. It means each piece of fruit is frozen individually meaning that the product is free flowing.
