E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Raspberry NFC Juice. It is produced by using ripe raspberries, if the fruit is not ripe, you do not get as good a flavour juice. The Raspberries are pressed to try to maintain as much flavour as possible. During the manufacturing process the juice would have the skin, seeds and cells of the fruit removed.

Once processed the juice is normally packed into Aseptic drums or bag in boxes.

The juice can be supplied either Cloudy or Clarified depending on what suits your application best. Clarified NFC Juices are great for making gin due to their clear properties.

We source the majority of our Raspberry NFC Juice from the UK. You can declare ‘British’ on your label for this product which can be good for premium products.

It can be used in a variety of different applications –

  • Drinks
  • Smoothies
  • Cocktails
  • Desserts
  • Ice Cream

Our Raspberry NFC is sourced from BRC (or equivalent factories) which have been also audited by our own in-house technical team.
