E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Leek Puree. Leek Puree is manufactured by using pressing and smashing the Leeks into a puree before going through the pasteurisation process.

Once produced our Leek Puree is available in either Aseptic Drums or Bag in Boxes.
