E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Pea Puree. It is manufactured by podding, blanching and pureeing before going through the pasteurisation process. Our Pea Puree is treated with minimum heat possible to ensure a fresh tasting product.
Once produced the Pea Puree is normally supplied Aseptic as it has undergone heat treatment in Drums or Bags in Boxes.

Answer – Peas are available all year round so there is no best time of year to purchase. We would just advise make sure you give us some notice before you require stock as the factory may need to produce your requirements.
